Beaufort County Foreclosures

There are a couple links to keep everyone posted on upcoming and present foreclosures. The link on Yahoo shows REO's, which are "Real Estate Owned." That is the final stage in a foreclosure. Here is the link.

Another link that shows upcoming properties to be auctioned at the Beaufort County Courthouse is Master in Equity. These properties change every 30 days, and we have been averaging around 100 new properties each month. Keep in mind, these are for the whole county. Mostly these are owners who have neglected to pay their property taxes, and can remedy their situation within the 30 days. If you see a property that has been eliminated, that means they are clear.
